Occupational Safety and Health Management System

Safety is leadership, commitment, and action. Inspired by DuPont’s Bradley Curve, we build a culture of mutual care, responsible decisions, and care in every operation.

Our vision is zero harm

We prioritize safety and health under the zero-accident model, run health campaigns for our operational and administrative staff, and comply with NOM-030-STPS-2009.

Personal Protective Equipment

Geolis provides the protective equipment required for the performance of each activity, as well as training for its proper use. It is the staff’s obligation to use it correctly.

We must:

  • Incorporate safety and health into all business activities and phases when carrying out your work.
  • Know your responsibilities regarding compliance with applicable health and safety standards.
  • Always use the required safety equipment and do not tamper with safety equipment or systems.
  • Participate in all required health and safety training activities.
  • Perform only those tasks for which you are qualified.
  • Stop your work if you believe it is unsafe and immediately report it to your supervisor.
  • Never work when you are impaired due to, for example, lack of sleep, alcohol consumption, or any drug use, including prescription or over-the-counter medication.
  • Immediately report any accident, injury, illness, or unsafe condition. Never assume that someone else has reported the risk or the accident.
  • Know, understand, and comply with the operating procedures applicable to your work, ensuring that risks are assessed and that appropriate measures are taken in advance to avoid them.
  • Know the emergency procedures that apply at your workplace.
  • Immediately report all health and safety concerns to your supervisor and the local Safety and Environment officers.
