Commitment to social, business, and corporate integrity
Within our philosophy, people’s integrity is not optional—it is an essential part of our culture.
We know our stakeholders well and we understand they share the commitment to doing business with corporate social responsibility.
Ethics and transparency in Mexico with Geolis
Our commitment to our country aligns with anti-bribery practices, which we undertake as a voluntary act, and at Geolis the goal has always been to bring together shared will. The fight against corruption and bribery in Mexico is a necessary reality that extends to all industries. Working to promote a culture of compliance, integrity, and prevention serves several purposes, such as:
Zero tolerance for corruption
We declare that transparency and legality are a priority and we embrace a zero-tolerance premise toward corruption and bribery. We firmly believe that by doing so, we contribute to the well-being of society in each of the countries where we operate.
Ethics and compliance system
We continue to work in favor of transparency and honesty, now with an anti-bribery culture.
We developed an Ethics System that ensures Geolis’s operations comply with the law and with the highest international standards as the framework to establish, implement, and maintain our anti-bribery compliance program. Our mission is for it to be operable both within Geolis and across its companies, as well as in all the countries where we work. We take responsibility for implementing actions, protocols, and policies that help us ensure compliance in day-to-day operations in all our transactions and relationships with suppliers, clients, and governments.
Understanding bribery and its impact
What is bribery and what impact does it have on corruption?
Here’s how we understand it at Geolis: To begin to build an anti-bribery culture, it is essential to involve the organization’s human capital. This is what our collaborators understand about bribery and its impact on corruption.
Combating corruption globally
It is important to combat the issues that affect:
In this regard, at Geolis we take action to confront this conduct through positive measures.
Ethics system with ISO 37001 standard
Learn about our ethics system implementing the ISO 37001 standard. At Geolis we always work in favor of the vision, mission, and values of our management model, alongside our main pillars: the Integrated Management System and the corporate social responsibility model. Likewise, we have an Ethics System that encompasses operational management, the compliance function, and risk and audit—now strengthened with global anti-bribery best practices in accordance with the ISO 37001 international standard.
This effort was carried out across Geolis to ensure that all our business relationships are safe, legal, and transparent. It is within our philosophy to promote community well-being, and through these newly implemented processes we will establish ties with new partners and clients who share these values of honesty.

Foundations to prevent bribery
The 4 Geolis foundations to prevent, detect, and address bribery at the individual and organizational levels:
Mechanisms for listening
At Geolis we have mechanisms for listening. Everyone has the right to report situations of bribery and other illicit activities they witness or are being forced to participate in. Reports will be handled with the confidentiality and anonymity required to avoid retaliation against the reporting party.
Joining forces against bribery
At Geolis we contribute to the fight against corruption. Being anti-bribery is an act of will, and at Geolis we want to bring together shared will.
